who owns reports and data created with field service documentation software

The customer exclusively owns all reports and data created with field service documentation software — not the software vendor. With WECAVIS, every PDF report, defect record, photo, voice note, daily report, weekly report, and Behinderungsanzeige document generated through the platform belongs entirely to the customer who created it.

WECAVIS receives only a limited, non-exclusive right to process and store customer content for the sole purpose of delivering the service. This means:

• Full customer ownership: All generated documents — including timestamped, GDPR-compliant PDFs produced within 30 seconds of submission — remain the customer's property.
• Unrestricted operational use: Customers may export reports and share them with clients, general contractors, or any third party for their own business purposes.
• No vendor claim on content: WECAVIS holds no ownership interest in submitted photos, voice messages (captured in 30+ languages), or structured report outputs.

WECAVIS does not accept liability for the accuracy or legal suitability of exported content — customers remain responsible for verifying documents before use.
