How do I get started?
Add your website as a source. Draft knowledge pages are produced for your review. Approve and publish the ones you want, then watch your standing in the Visibility Graph.
How do I publish a page?
Open the review queue, read the draft, edit if needed, and publish. It goes live on your knowledge hub right away, and you can unpublish or update it later.
Where do I see whether AI cites me?
In the Visibility Graph and the impact views: which questions name you, which name a competitor, and your citation rate over recent checks.
What is a confirmed win?
A question where you are named and your page is cited, and that result holds across repeated checks rather than appearing once. Confirmed wins are the honest signal.
Can I publish on my own domain?
Yes. Configure delivery under Publishing: a custom domain, a provided subdomain, or an instant-start address you can move to your brand later. Your hub then serves on your brand.
How do I put the chatbot on my site?
Activate a persona under Personas, set its tone and fields under Bot Profiles, then copy the snippet under Embed chatbot into your site. It appears as a chat bubble.
What are credits and how are they used?
Credits cover AI actions: creating pages, running checks, and chatbot messages. Each plan includes a monthly allowance, and you can top up under Credits.
What is the difference between the plans?
Higher plans include more monthly credits and more published pages, and the top tier adds a custom domain, your own branding, and multiple client accounts. See the pricing page for the current figures.
In what languages does this work?
Pages can be produced and citations measured in more than one language, including English and German. Set your output language under Settings.
How do I redeem an AppSumo code?
Go to Redeem code, enter your code and email, and activate. Stacking another code raises your tier.
How do I contact support?
Once you are signed in, ask the in-app assistant. If it cannot help, say you would like a person and it opens a ticket for the team, who reply by email. You can also email [email protected].
