What it does
A configurable chat assistant lives on your site and answers your visitors from your published knowledge. You choose its persona and tone, for example a help desk or a lead persona, and the fields it should collect, so it fits how you actually talk to customers.
One widget, three outcomes
It helps the visitor in the moment. It captures a lead when the conversation calls for it, with the contact details and the full thread. And it quietly records the real questions people ask, which become candidates for your next knowledge pages. Answers, leads and content ideas, all from the same conversations.
When it cannot help
If the assistant cannot answer from your knowledge, or the visitor asks for a person, it opens a support ticket with the conversation and contact details, along with an AI-drafted reply your team reviews before sending.
How it works in your account
Pick and activate a persona under Personas, set its tone and fields under Bot Profiles, then copy the snippet under Embed chatbot onto your site. It appears as a chat bubble, and changes take effect on the next conversation.
